Deepen Your Creative Practice, Heal Through Presence, and Write from Within
Writing isn’t just a cognitive process—it’s an embodied experience. When we write from a place of connection—to our body, our breath, and the deeper rhythms of life—words don’t just form; they arrive.
This is a place where your story meets your body, your energy meets the page, and your writing practice becomes a portal to greater clarity, healing, and transformation.
Join me for the next 6 months inside Embodied Writing & Life, a living, breathing creative journey rooted in somatic awareness, spiritual inquiry, and the deep medicine of the written word.

The Journey Ahead
Each 8-week series is its own season of transformation:
✧ Embodied: Memory (summer 2025)
How and where does memory live in the body? What does it mean to forget—or remember—through the senses, the breath, or the rhythm of a story? We’ll explore memory as a creative and healing force—working with rituals, scientific insights, and somatic practices to nurture presence, clarity, and integration.
✧ Fear as Muse (fall 2025)
Rather than resisting fear, we’ll learn to listen to it. To write with it. To use its charge as fuel for transformation. You’ll explore how to meet fear with compassion, structure, and creative momentum—so it becomes not a block, but a guide.
✧ Awakenings: Death & Life (late fall into winter)
A reflective series on ego dissolution, cycles of death and rebirth, and the sacredness of transition. Here, we’ll sit with what wants to end—and what’s waiting to begin—through story, ritual, and embodied imagination.
What Makes This Different
This isn’t a writing course in the traditional sense. It’s a practice of listening inward, honoring your lived experience, and discovering what’s alive beneath the surface.
You don’t need to be a “writer.” You just need a body. A breath. A willingness to explore.
With each session, you’ll be guided into your own knowing, at your own pace. You’ll experience how writing can heal, reveal, and liberate.
