Reiki, in my view, is not something we simply do.

It’s how we live.

It’s not about healing someone.

It's about meeting them where they are.

Helping them to channel their own spiritual energy for balance and renewal.

Yes, I teach the lineage, the symbols, the hand positioning. But what matters most to me is that you learn to feel into your own subtleties — to recognize your unique energetic frequency, to let it become a steady companion in your life, and to discern how it meets and moves with Universal Lifeforce Energy.

I meet you where you are. Together, we integrate your practices and belief systems into a unified whole. You are not a collection of parts to be fixed. You are an energetic being — embodied, intelligent, and capable of moving beyond limitation while still honoring healthy boundaries.

I’ve been practicing Reiki for years — as a Master, teacher, volunteer with the newly bereaved, and in hospice settings. Reiki supported me through illness and recovery. It helped me relearn how to trust my body.

Certification is not about collecting a title. It’s about learning to hold energy safely, clearly, and with integrity.
