WHO IS THIS FOR?
Christians new to yoga, or yogis new to Christ, or anyone wanting to deepen the body-spirit connection!
This is a holistic, interspiritual approach drawing on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and The Beatitudes of Jesus Christ. We use Kundalini yoga, transformative writing, storytelling, and contemplative prayer to build daily rituals for lasting joy and ease.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR ADVENT JOURNEY:
- Each week we’ll explore in depth one of the Advent candles: Hope, Peace, Joy & Love.
- Specially curated Kundalini Yoga sequences ("kriyas") for each week's theme
- Guided Audio Meditations
- Somatic & Reflective Sensory Writing Prompts
- Daily affirmations & prayers
- Playlists, Art, Literature & other ways to engage and uplift the body, mind & spirit
- Extended study & practice. Topics include: the Yamas & Niyamas of the Yoga Sutras; Christian stories & teaching; The Beatitudes of Jesus; the Science of Kundalini Kriya; and the Health Benefits of Meditation and Prayer.
This is a 4-week self-paced online program delivered November 30-December 24, with access through the month of January. Available in both email delivery & through the Faith-in-Form website. Optional community classes available as well as ways to work with me 1 on 1.

About Jackie
Jackie Moloney is an instructor in writing and the healing arts. Drawing on her background as a Reiki Master, Somatic Life Coach, and certified Kundalini and Ashtanga Yoga instructor, she supports individuals in exploring the connection between creativity, spirituality, and wellbeing. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing and an Advanced Certificate in the Teaching of Writing and Rhetoric from Stony Brook University, which inform her holistic approach to self-expression.
A practicing Catholic, Jackie creates a space where spiritual reflection and embodied practices meet. Christ-in-Kundalini, the platform for this course, reflects her desire to explore these connections and offer others a pathway to deeper understanding and peace.
