Ready to Transform Your Fear into Creative Power?
Fear shows up everywhere—on the page, in the studio, in the body, and in our choices. Sometimes it hides behind procrastination, perfectionism, or self-doubt. Sometimes it keeps us from speaking, creating, or stepping into what we know we’re meant to do.
In this 7-week series, Jackie guides you to meet fear in the body, name it clearly, and work with its energy—transforming it from a force that limits you into one that moves you forward.
Through guided journeying, breathwork, somatics, and generative writing, you’ll learn how to:
-
Recognize fear’s physical and emotional patterns before they shut you down
-
Reframe fear as a signal for focus, growth, and creativity
-
Shift the body’s stress response into grounded presence and clarity
-
Unlock stories, insights, and creative flow that fear has been guarding
-
Turn fear into fuel for courageous living and inspired art
Whether you’re in the midst of a personal transformation, deepening your embodied life practice, or seeking fresh sparks for your writing or art, Fear as Muse offers you a safe, supportive space to work with fear, not against it.
All classes are live on Zoom with audio recordings available for replay. No previous writing or somatic experience required—just a willingness to show up, breathe, and see what fear can teach you.

Here's a Glimpse of the Topics in this 7-week Journey:
INTO THE WOODS: Navigating the Forest of Fear
Fear can feel like being lost in a dark, tangled forest, with no way out. Like Hansel and Gretel, we’ll explore how to lay down breadcrumbs—small acts of courage—to guide ourselves back to clarity and strength. We’ll experiment with orienteering and activating our internal compass to magnetize our creative core and explore the richness of the enchanting woods that lie within.
THE MONSTERS AMONG US: Confronting Internal and External Fears
Remember the monsters from childhood—Frankenstein, Werewolf, the Vampire—lurking under our beds or in our closets? But what about the metaphorical ones we carry with us now? Or those we encounter in our relationships and in society, feeding on our energy and fears? Let’s face these “creatures” head on and transmute these archetypes into sources of inspiration and kinesis.
PHOBIAS & EDTS (Extradetrimental Thoughts): Overcoming Paralysis
Arachnophobia, anyone? Whether it’s spiders or more intangible fears, phobias and negative thought patterns often paralyze us, blocking us from reaching our full potential. This session will help you turn those fears into fuel for passion and freedom.
HELLO, MY NAME IS FEAR: Embodying the Muse!
What if Fear isn’t an enemy, but a guide? In this session, we’ll explore how to embody fear as a muse—a creative force to drive our writing, art, or even our business ventures. We’ll learn to work with fear, rather than against it, and transform it into a powerful engine for manifestation.
