EMBODIED WRITING & LIFE

Monthly & Annual Memberships

Writing isn’t just a cognitive process — it’s an embodied experience.

When we write from connection — to the body, the breath, and the deeper rhythms of life — words don’t just form; they arrive.

Embodied Writing & Life is a living, unfolding practice where your story meets your body, your attention meets the present moment, and writing becomes a way of listening — not just expressing.

Thematic Journeys Across the Year

Rather than following a fixed syllabus, Embodied Writing & Life moves in cycles and seasons. Over the course of the year, we enter and revisit themes such as:

  • Love & Friendship
  • Forgiveness
  • Memory
  • Fear
  • Life & Death

These are not problems to solve or topics to complete, but landscapes we return to again and again, each time with new awareness, new language, and new tenderness.

A Practice, Not a Program

This is not a writing course in the traditional sense.

It’s a practice of presence.

Writing here begins in the body, moves through breath and attention, and finds its way to the page when it’s ready. Some days that looks like words. Some days it looks like listening.

The work is less about productivity and more about relationship — with yourself, your life, and the stories you’re carrying.

Welcome Gift

As a welcome into the membership, you’ll receive a digital copy of:
