Why 28 Days?
Why Not a Weekend Course?
Reiki I can be introduced in a weekend. You can learn the basic hand positions, receive an attunement, and begin to understand the foundations of the practice. But learning to live with Reiki takes a different kind of time.
Your body needs time to listen. Your nervous system needs time to settle. Your awareness needs time to notice what is changing. A 28-day journey gives you space to begin Reiki as a daily relationship rather than a single experience.

Time to Regulate
True nervous system support cannot be rushed. A 28-day container gives your body time to open safely to energy awareness, self-practice, and subtle shifts without forcing too much too soon.
Built-In Integration
Instead of leaving a weekend training with a notebook full of information and no rhythm to return to, you’ll build a sustainable hands-on practice day by day. The learning becomes part of your body because you are practicing as you go.
Room for the Mystery
Reiki is practical, but it is also relational. It asks you to notice, listen, receive, and trust. This format gives you time to live with the practices, ask questions as they arise, and notice how Reiki begins to meet your body, your creativity, your emotions, and your daily life.

Jackie Moloney is a certified Reiki Master in the Usui lineage, as well as a writer, editor, and teacher of energy awareness and embodied practice. Trained in both Reiki and Kundalini Yoga, Jackie integrates mindfulness, meditation, and creative expression into her approach to healing. She offers Reiki as a gentle pathway to restore harmony across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, guiding others to rediscover their innate capacity for peace and balance.
In addition to her private Reiki practice, Jackie volunteers in hospice care, where she offers Reiki to those in transition and teaches caregivers how to offer Reiki to those in their care.Through her writing and courses — including RAWR: Reiki & Writing, Embodied Writing & Life, and Christ-in-Kundalini— she invites others to experience energy as both creative and compassionate, woven into the ordinary, sacred rhythms of daily life.
