Self-Paced Courses and Live Classes
Embodied Writing & Life
Presence & the Page
When we write from a place of connection—to our body, our breath, and the deeper rhythms of life—words don’t just form; they arrive. These courses offer a space where your story meets your body, your energy meets the page, and your writing practice becomes a portal to greater clarity, healing, and transformation.

Origin Stories
A journey into energy, awareness, and the origins of who you are.
 Who am I?
It’s a question as old as time—and deeper than any one answer.
Embodied Origins is the foundation of all my embodied writing work, designed as a higher-level exploration outside the core membership series (Forgiveness, Memory, Fear, Awakenings). Here, we turn toward the beginnings—the origins of body, energy, and cosmos.
Through somatic practices and guided generative writing, you’ll learn to sense your own energetic frequency and awaken to the story that lives beneath language. We begin at the pre-cellular level in the Akash, explore the Four Fundamental Forces of Nature, and uncover what’s often Missing in Awareness as you learn to recognize your unique energetic signature.
In Origins II, we expand into the elements and senses—the Mahabhutas and Tanmatras—experiencing how the natural world shapes perception, memory, and creativity. Together, these journeys create a map for living with greater awareness, presence, and connection to the vast cosmos within and around you.
This is not just writing. It’s an energetic practice of becoming—of embodying your story at its deepest source.

Origins is about where we come from—cosmos, energy, the beginnings of story. The Core Cycles are about how we live that story, here and now. Each one turns toward what it means to live fully—offering space to forgive, to remember, to meet fear differently, and to awaken again and again.
Available with membership or as standalone evergreen courses.

A Sacred Pilgrimage of Spirit and Story
Mary in the Lotus transcends traditional learning experiences, guiding you into an exploration of your own divine essence. Whether you are a longtime yogi or stepping onto this path for the first time, this course is designed to meet you where you are.
Embrace the Mystery of Mary
For centuries, Mary—the mother of Jesus—has stirred hearts and inspired devotion. In Mary in the Lotus, we walk alongside her, from the quiet rhythms of Nazareth to her profound encounters with divine grace, discovering how her story illuminates our own path of courage, resilience, and surrender.
Along the way, we’ll draw from yogic wisdom, Christian spirituality, art, music, and literature—practices that invite reflection, creativity, and deeper presence. Each week offers a chance to engage Mary’s story while opening to your own unfolding.
